At Inspirit, we want to make sure that all employees are provided with health insurance for themselves and their immediate family members no matter where they are located. We have tied up with the Royal Sundaram group as the third-party vendor to provide health insurance to all full-time employees located in India.

Policy Elements: 🤩

• All employees are eligible for this and will have their group and/or individual health insurance initiated once they join the company as full-time employees.
• Group insurance is provided for employees who would like to include their immediate family members (mother, father, siblings, spouse, and children) in Inspirit’s Health Insurance.
• All employees and their immediate family members are insured up to a sum of 5 Lakhs annually.
• The premium coverage is taken care of by Inspirit in full.
• Benefits insured under the health insurance: ❤️‍🩹
  • Inpatient hospital charges: Covered up to sum insured
  • Pre & Post Hospitalization care: 60 Days & 90days respectively
  • All day care procedure: Covered up to sum insured
  • Ambulance cover: Up to 5000/- INR
  • Organ donor expenses: Covered up to sum insured
  • Domiciliary Hospitalization: Covered up to sum insured
  • No-Claim Bonus: 20% of base sum insured up to a max of 100%
  • Vaccination in case of animal bite: Up to 5000/- INR
  • Health check-up: Annual health check-up
  • Preventive health care & wellness: Available under insurance
  • Reload of Sum insured: Up to the base sum insured
    • In case the 5 lakhs has already been used in the year for one illness/accident. An extra amount will be provided to help you insure any other illness/accident that might come up
    • The extra amount will not be provided if it is the same illness/accident as the first one for the same person
    • In case it’s the same illness/accident but for a different member of the group insurance, this amount will be provided
  • Pre-existing conditions: 3years waiting period

How to avail your insurance? 🤔

Once your insurance has been initiated and created at our end, you will receive insurance cards for yourself and your family members (if it’s a group one!) via email or it can be couriered to your address. You can use this Insurance card to avail yourself of the insurance in any of the hospitals mentioned in the list shared above.

How do I get any doubt cleared? 🤨
