All full-time Inspirit employees employed within the US have the option of opting into Inspirit’s health insurance plan through Insperity.
The Health Insurance plan is available from 1st of the month, on or following 30 days after hire.
Health insurance for employees no longer working with Inspirit is available until the last day of employment.
The open enrollment period is the last 2 weeks of every December. Keep an eye out for an email to ensure you enroll in time.
Inspirit currently offers Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance and employees can opt into the plan of their choice through their personal Gusto account.
