****Fathers at Inspirit who have recently had a newborn baby are entitled to 6 weeks of paternity leave anytime within the first year of the baby’s birth. 👶🏼

• Paternity leave must be taken as one continuous block within twelve months of the birth or adoption of the child
• Employees on paternity leave may request to extend their leave subject to approval of their respective Champion and the People Operations team. While on paternity leave, Inspirit will maintain employees’ position, regular pay, and benefits
• This six weeks of paid leave will include all intervening Saturdays, Sundays and prescribed holidays
• For employees who are adopting a child, the management at its sole discretion can decide upon the number of leave days.
