What will you do? 🌟
The Technical Implementation Manager will be a critical member of our team, responsible for the technical onboarding of new customers, managing and issuing content licenses, overseeing inventory and fulfillment, and ensuring all implementations adhere to school IT systems and data privacy standards. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about education technology, has a strong technical background, and excels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Lead the technical onboarding process for new school customers, including setting up VR devices, configuring mobile device management accounts, and ensuring a smooth and effective setup experience.
- Issue, track, and manage content licenses in collaboration with content partners, ensuring all schools have the necessary access to our educational software.
- Manage inventory and fulfillment for both customer and demo device fleets, ensuring devices are properly maintained, tracked, and ready for deployment.
- Collaborate with school IT departments to ensure our solutions integrate seamlessly with existing systems and comply with all school data privacy agreements and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support to schools, addressing any technical issues and ensuring they maximize the value of our products.
- Work closely with the customer success, product, and sales teams to provide feedback from the field and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and processes.
- Manage and maintain relationships with technology partners and vendors, ensuring seamless integrations and timely resolution of issues.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical resources and documentation for internal and customer support teams, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective troubleshooting.
