Women employees at Inspirit are entitled to maternity leave benefits for a maximum of 18 weeks of paid leave or your country's minimum number of leaves, whatever is greater. Out of these, a maximum of 6 weeks of leave may be availed prior to the expected date of delivery and the remaining period after the date of delivery👩🏻‍🍼. However, we don’t make this hard and fast and allow the employees to extend their maternity leave (unpaid after 18 weeks) depending on their convenience and delivery complications.

• Employees on maternity leave may request to extend their leave subject to approval of their Champions and the People Operations team.
• For our internal record, it is mandatory for employees to submit a maternity leave application duly supported by a certificate from a registered medical professional.
• These 18 weeks of paid leave will include all intervening Saturdays, Sundays and holidays as per the calendar.
• For women employees who are adopting a child, the management at its sole discretion can decide upon the number of leave days.
